Helping  you develop, coordinate & manage your bespoke project or event

Q: Why Meissa?

A:  In this field you can’t just wear one hat or be precious about starting at 9 am & finishing at 5 pm.  At Meissa our focus is to make your project a success, even if it means we are still sitting in the kitchen ‘boardroom’ brainstorming an idea with you at 11 pm on a Saturday.  Plus, aside from the usual set of skills, such as superior organisation and creativity etc, we have gained some pretty unique hands on experience along the way too. Experience which has led to skills that can be utilized for projects across almost any sector....

  • Team coordination, communication and mediation experience
  • Time management with flexibility and adaptability during project growth
  • Stamina and strength

3)  Sectors:

Every project is different and our experience has taken us through many diverse sectors such as banking, hotels, boating, viticulture, private memberships, music and fashion. We have also worked with sectors within sectors to engage in partnerships and sponsorships for events, such as with automotive, aviation and alcohol.

Q: IS IT A PROBLEM if WE HAVEN'T WORKED IN YOUR INDUSTRY BEFORE?

4)  Cultures & countries:

Our work has taken us across the globe working on projects and events at our base in the UK, as well as in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. We  have worked with people from many different backgrounds, cultures, faiths, and languages to our own. We are flexible and adaptable to both the work and cultural environment.

" Meissa brought ideas to the table that we wouldn't have thought of for this kind of project and delivered amazing results for our business".

Q: WHAT MAKES meissa different?

1)   People:

Being a people person is one of the more important skills to have and we have years of experience working with an unusually rich tapestry from all walks of life.  From royalty & ambassadors to CEOs & secretaries, contractors & members of the public to artists & delegates. Working project to project has also required us to hone the ability to analyse & fit into new teams quickly.

A: Because you recognise you need support and want it to come with the following qualities:

  • A safe pair of hands backed by reputation and trust
  • Dynamic and creative energy
  • Detail orientated ways of working with problem solving abilities

2)   Roles:

We have first-hand experience working in many of the roles we now manage and coordinate, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of the responsibilities that go with them, both on a micro and macro level; the small individual tasks and how it impacts the overall bigger picture. As well as how to engage with those performing them.

A: No, in fact experience has shown that a new pair of eyes gives us an edge, a fresh perspective that isn't part of the industry, meaning we can focus on the mechanics of getting a project whipped into shape, working in the most effective and streamline way, rather than getting potentially caught up in sector politics.
